July 11, 2016- The National Science Foundation awarded a three-year grant to Dr. Branislav Nicolik for his proposal titled "Development of algorithms combining molecular dynamics with time‐dependent quantum statistical mechanics for environment‐assisted electronic transport through biomolecules."

Dr. Gaisser awarded grant from the National Science Foundation for Management and Operations of the IceCube Neutrino Observatory

 June 29, 2016- The National Science Foundation awarded a five-year, $35 million grant to the IceCube Neutrino Observatory for continued operation and management of the neutrino detector located over a mile deep in the ice at NSF’s Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station. 

Dr. Szalewicz awarded grant from the National Science Foundation

June 7, 2016 - Dr. Krzysztof Szalewicz has received a grant from the National Science Foundation in support of his project, entitled "Theoretical Studies of Intermolecular Forces."  The goal of this work is to increase understanding of physical, chemical, and biochemical phenomena that depend on intermolecular forces.
